At ClearSight Kids, we offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please note we do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please use these as a guide:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email where available. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We are happy to assist in resolving any delivery issues.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. ClearSight Kids cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
