Return & Refund Policy
At ClearSight Kids, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before getting in touch.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a clear photo of the issue. We will offer you a full refund or a free replacement — whichever you prefer. You will not need to return the item in this case.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original, sealed packaging
- You arrange and cover the cost of return postage
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned unless confirmed faulty.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and will guide you through the next steps.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refund Processing Times
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
